|  post your favorite public crawl spots around the bowling green area
thought this would be a good way to share good spots with others and find out some for myself since I'm a noob. I've got a buddy who lived towards smith grove he's gone to the dam at Nolin lake. I havent found much anything around BG. I tend to travel to TN to run with guys from scaletrailrunners.com

good to know. i may head that way sometimes and check that out. this past monday i went to the dam in rochester cause i saw that the str guys met up there from time to time. the water was high but there were enough rocks and what not for me to have a little fun. i've been meaning to join at str's forum and plan on trying to go to their runs.

Russell Sims Park is not a bad place for a handful of folks. Me and tcs4crawler have checked it out a few times. |

A couple of us are goin up to Shanty Hollow Lake to the waterfall here in few if anybodys up that way. About 20 mins north of Bowling Green.
