'Tera Killer' mud truck

Collecting parts for a mega mud truck. In true fashion, no 2.2 wheels here ;)

You all no what the axles look like so I won't bore anyone with those. But I do have these to roost with

How do You plan to keep the mud out from the axle tubes if You're going to run it balls deep ?

Bart bender 01-02-2014 06:31 AM

Re: 'Tera Killer' mud truck

We are going to have a course set up more like the 1:1 which don't have deep mud. I hope it's not a problem. As long as it didn't sit in the water and keeps moving forward ;)

Having a problem finding a body that will fit my wheelbase and look right.
The Proline body is a little small.

Anyone no of a larger 1/8 scale body of the 50's vintage? 15"-16" wheelbase.

Could You do Something with Parma 1:8 Grave Digger ?

Bart bender 01-04-2014 07:46 AM

Re: 'Tera Killer' mud truck

I thought about that. I could build it as a truggy. I also looked at the Pro Line Ray Rod.it is a lot bigger than the other 1/10 covers.

Thanks Cheap Twin

A giant hard grave digger body? . I'd have to measure the wb tho .

Re: 'Tera Killer' mud truck

This is sitting at 16 3/4" WB right now

The Proline body is 19" long. That will cover the axles at this WB.
