| Mad Force changing.
Well Iv had this one for quite some time, decided needs a change! Always wanted 2.2 wheels so I got me some 12mm Alloy hexes drilled them out with a 8.5 mm drill bit and also used a 2.5mm for the pin. Will post photos of the hexes later as I forgot to take pics. Completeley stock here 1ST MOD and realy impressed with how much it changed looks. |

Next, will be the axles, gonna beef them up by inserting a metal pipe inside, just need to find the pipe! (thanks to Twisted) Also driveshafts from Supershafty on the way. Will update as I get parts. |

Good looking rig! What did you use to bolt the wheel on?

One more thing that I havnt seen on this forum is that everyone is saying that Ofna parts are discontinued but no one has mentioned that Hobao is rebranded Ofna? Dont know, hadnt the time to search it and confirm but check the link below Hobao hyper 7 buggy and the truggy have similar parts to the Kyosho. I think some parts are compatible. Is this the same thing! ? 87032 Aluminum Steering Knuckle Set*| HoBao Enterprising Last edited by STRAT; 10-22-2016 at 11:48 AM. |

| Re: Mad Force changing. I love them all beacause they are different in their own way, from the left the Yeti isnt the fastest but has great suspension travel, middle the Kyosho is just a beast, pure power and wheeles on demand, and right the Wraith has a little of all but by far the best crawler. But if you had asked which one am I driving the most, its the .....black one! |

Found some time and fabed up some alloy inserts, these axles are awsome. Just hope someone would make and have in stock upgrade parts for them. |

Excellent job on the tubes. Doubt you have any issues from here on out with that wall thickness. More and more guys are commenting on these axles so you never know who will start making parts. SS will more than likely. A poll should be started to see who would buy parts. |

Those tubes are sweet! Shouldn't have to worry about breaking an axle ever. What is your ultimate plan for the rig? |

Will go with the flow and see how it turns out. Next job want to try drilling the pinions and see if I can finaly fit the traxxas shafts I got from SS. Would really like to have some steel yokes instead of drilling. Also will stiffen up the plastic arms with some custom rods, just need to find some free time. Aaa and nearly forgot, will remove the batteries from the side and place them in front where the transmitter box is. Havnt painted it yet, still trying to decide if black is the way to go. No posts on the Kyosho forum for quite some time so I decided to do something about it and got s@#@ed. Mad Force changing for the worst, today was a bad day for me. Had the day off so I decided to go get some paint, as always wasnt wearing my glasses and I picked out the wrong coulor. Was going for black! When my son got back from school it was getting dark and thats when I decided to paint it, didnt see it till it was to late. Chamelion green or something like that. I hate it, but at least the little one likes it. |

I have never seen a green chameleon paint job but I think it turned out great. What does it look like outside in the daylight?

Couplers ordered them last week, Mike is an awsome guy at rc Monster, I put in a double order by mistake and he immediatley contacted me to ask if I needed the second order. Amazing, there arnt many people like that around anymore. Waiting on the couplers now, usually it takes 2-3 weeks to get stuff from the US or Canada.

I'd run your rig until the drives blew apart and not wait as they are easy to change.
