Default New to the Mad Force world - How to 4 link?

Hello.

I am new to the solid axle world and I fell in love with this vehicle:

so this counts as a yeti and a Twin force!

I just managed to get a hold of a vintage nitro Mad Force and I have a lot of Inferno parts laying around, but I would like to know the cheapest and the best route to go for building a 4 link suspension. I found these parts at Super Shafty

Shark Fin - Super Shafty
1/4 inch Off-Set Spacer (For Shark Fin) - Super Shafty
Lower Link Mount - Super Shafty

The question is... Do I need to center the mount for the upper links in a 4 link setup? If yes, what is the easiest and cheapest way of doing this?

Your biggest problem is going to be SuperShafty. Those parts haven't been in stock in over a year. I've waited, waited, contacted other people to make them for me, and still can't seem to get the parts.

Yes, the center mounts will need to be centered depending on what you are going for. If you are trying to even them out, you'll need to modify the tubes to be equal length. The link below works out an equal left to right bias based on stock tubes.

The Kyosho Mad Force/TwinForce/FO-XX axles are all the same, but SuperShafty changed ownership a few years back and quit focusing on the Kyosho axles. I have been completely unable to get these parts.

There's a bright side if you're looking to 4 link it. Mad Force
