Default using the "FORCE".....

finally got it today,,,after reading everyones triumphs and failures ive come up with ,what i think is a good combo...during the build i extended the back out ,,it sits at almost 12.5 inches,,running the slash rear epic bl with the losi carvers,,novak goat 21.5 with the goats esc,,program set with no brakes,,(figured it dooesnt need em)..23t pinion and 81t spur..30w silicone oil in rear and 20w silicone up front,,hitech 5945 out front,,2cell 3300mah lipo,,ran for about 45 minutes,,no heat,,during the build i gave the worm gears a good coat of marine grade bearing grease,,not only did i quiet it down a buch but it helps keep down heat and friction,,,glad i had to wait.....
dont know what color im gonna paint it ,,i got time for that

what did you end up using for the rear links? Looks like it worked with the RF rod ends well.

8/32 all thread with stainless break line tube,,,stock rod ends went rite on,,the eye to eye measurements were 5 inches on both upper and lower,,,i bent the lowers until they were 4 1/2 inches eye to eye,,i also moved the upper mounting points to the wholes behind the recomended ones in the manual,,you can see in the pic below,,wheel speed is awesome,,my kid has a ax10 based tuber w/14t pinion and 87t spur and a 55t motor,,,my rock force went faster than his in a straight run on dirt and grass,,,i have the hs gears on the way,,not really sure im gonna use em,,,its at my sweet spot now,,useing a good grease on the worm gears i feel is a must,,my rig is much quiter than other rigs ive seen and heard in videos,,its about 34 degrees here in jerz and none of my electronics were near warm after a second pack run through tonight,,my course at home is well lit and me and my son were out for 45 minutes,,no problems at all,,
