So excited I opened the kit grabbed the instruction and bag #1. Opened it up dumped out the parts and read the instructions and what do you know the first part I need I can not find :-( (worm wheel shafts). No problem, I have kits before that need to open a second bag to get all the parts. I open the rest of the bags and nothing. What are the chances of the first item needed missing the parts. Guess I will call Kyosho now.

Call Kyosho America. I heard that there were a couple kits that got out that might have had those shafts missing. They will make it right, right away.

As I just replied in another thread, the customer service guys were helping out in the warehouse today. They are awesome at returning phone calls and they will be back in their office first thing tomorrow.

Let me know when you get through and that you were taken care of!

This is one of the things I love about Kyosho. Their customer service is second-to-none. Everyone makes mistakes but how they handle it separates the men from the boys.

I think the number is very small and there was no guarantee that they all or more than one came to the USA. KyoshoAmerica has several set aside just in case.

You probably have nothing to worry about

I did call again and the same thing with voice mail. I took a different way this time after the voice mail system, I used there sales department and got through that way. Funny thing is the guy knew what part I was missing. He did take all my info so I will see if he comes through.

Oh man does that look nice. And when I saw your moniker I was thinking you were the man behind all those great CF chassis'. I still have two of them and they are both still going strong.

Is their a possibility you will be producing this one as well? Maybe in some different colors.

Thanks, I need to get the shafts back and test the chassis first to make sure it will hold up but yes it will more than likely goto in production. I am thinking black and silver for sure but I also have some digital camo G-10 that will be cool also. Here is the sample of it on the MRC
