Im pretty interested in the force i got two q's. I read somewhere that the body is not comp legal. True or false. If true what are some alternatives. Second is are there any aftermarket companies that make parts for these yet. Mostly im wondering about chasis plates. The stock plates seem a bit overkill.

first the body is too narrow to be comp legal. second aftermarket chassis's are in the works check out killjoykens thread. he is running a swx. some others have made there own chassis's.keep a lookout soon on this section. there will be some options.

I asked that question about the body too and never got a straight answer. I would think that adding 1/2" extensions on each side to bring it to a 5" width would be ok, but no one would confirm it. You can make just about any chassis work. Or maybe you can get Kamikaze to make a RF specific one. He makes bitchin berg chassis' out of delrin. I just ordered his 4.0 kit for my berg. Top notch.

i am not at liberty to say who is working on a chassis but it will make the rockforce a real player. all you need is a front 4 link mount and you can make almost any chassis work

I heard a nasty rumor that Kami has a Rock Force? Could it be true? If only he could hook the axles up to a 12v battery charger and see how long it take THAT to blow.... HAHAHAHAHA The parts, they are a comin' - David | |

All one has to do is make a new motor plate so you can bolt up the pieces from the kit to a skid plate and any chassis on the market I'd imagine would work. I've got two trucks in pieces now trying to figure out what to do. Cough Reign...
