I got my kit originally back around the 1/22 or so and of course it was missing the worm gear shafts like so many other guys. I gave Kyosho a call on the 23rd to get those, and the dig / HS gears like everyone else. No joy on the dig/gears but I was told my shafts would get out most expeditiously. Today I got a nice padded envelope in the mail from Kyosho. Woo Hoo!! Except I open the package and the only thing inside is sales literature. Since it was a bubble wrap lined envelope the sales lit. arrived in pristine contion so I guess that's a plus. This is my first Kyosho product and I'm trying to not develop a bad taste, so to speak. To their credit everyone I've spoken with on the phone has been courteous, professional, and appear to be doing their best to help, but the execution has been lacking.

Hang in there. Kyosho will try to make it right. I really hope they will do express mail for the missing parts.

I know that it sucks. A mistake on top of a mistake doesn't instill confidence. I apologize that it happened and assure you what you experienced is an isolated situation. Please let me know when and that your parts arrive. - David
