Is it possible to setup a Twin with the Pro-line 23mm hex adaptors and use 23mm 40 series wheels like the new Commando bead-locs? Thanks.

yes, the twin includes hexes for maxx sized wheels, so the 23mm adapter will fit on it

On the Proline website, they show to remove the stock Maxx hub and replace with the Proline 23mm hub staight on the axle. Will the Proline 23mm hub fit the stock Twin axle?

The proline adapter for the Savage/ XTM may work. I believe they have a 8mm axle like the Twin.

It will work, ive done it to my own twin force. I put savage outer axles in the steering knuckles. The bearing size is the same. They are also stronger than what comes with the twin force. Then you have to use prolines kit for the savage to adapt to 23 mm hexes. It looks killer! Good luck.
