Not too shabby. I have to admit, that's the first station wagon crawler I've seen.

JK. Kinda big, but to each his own.

The Twin tranny IMHO is dang near bullet proof. The only drawback is that the 50t spur(factory gear) is the only one I've found that'll fit without mods. My sons Twin runs a factory spur,17t pinion,2.5 GD600 and a Lathe motor. With 7" tall LST's it's geared pretty good,a little high in my opinion, but he likes it. He likes a little faster style of crawling than I do. My Twin is running a 65t(hand wound),3.8 GD600,17t pinion, and a modded 72t Maxx spur. I'm currently running 8 1/2" tall LST's and it pulls them around decent. Hopefully soon I can get my hands on a motor with NUTS.

As far as electronics,my son run a XRS esc.,Traxxass rec.,Team Orion rec. battery,Venom 3000 main pack and 2 645's for steering. This setup seems to work fairly well but the steering is a tad weak IMHO. A couple of those 200oz. Airtronics servo's would probly be the ticket.

I'm running a Super Cock,Traxxass rec.,Trinity rec. battery, 6 GP3300 cells and a 1/4 scale servo with bellcranks on each axle for steering. I'm pretty happy with this set up. My servo needs a better mount cause it flexes the chassis when I turn and my plastic bellcranks need to be made again out of aluminum. These 2 things are taking away some of the servo's efforts and steering will probly improve once dealt with. I'm not getting the greatest runtimes but I believe it's mainly my batteries. These batts we're running are pretty old and have been used a TON. Yesterday we were sittin in the shop waiting for 2 batteries to charge for another run. Two different packs, while on the charger, opened up and spilled their guts out I truely believe that some newer, stronger and healthier packs will help our runtimes a good deal.
