| Looks good Steve! We're gonna have to get together for some R/C crawlin'. I sold my green Toyota to RXCrawler so R/C crawling is as close to fourwheelin' as I can get right now. |

| Thanks Chris, Quote:
Why would a guy do something like that. That was a sweet truck, well,it still is nomatter who owns it. Your gonna build another ain't ya? Surely it'll be another Toyota,SURELY. Ya,we'll have to get together one day. I'm so busy right now I hardly get a chance to run my RC in my driveway. Maybe in a month or so the cold weather ahead will slow my work down, hopefully anyway. | |

| Thanks guys,I went back to the Twin tranny basically cuz it's more compact and easier for me to mount. Also the(see my steel driveshaft thread in general) driveshafts I was building were easier to mate to the Twin outputs than the Maxx outputs as well. I really like the Twin tranny,it's small/compact,absolutely no slop(unlike the maxx) and I believe it to be stronger than the maxx as well. The maxx tranny can be made to have no slop but you have to do surgery on it. This was basically just an easier, and I believe stronger, way to get my truck rolling. |

| O.K. here my nude pics, well, not me personally. Good thing huh The heims, they are 1/4" heim I bought at an online race shop. Personally I wouldn't go any smaller than 10 mm. They are a bit pricey, but, they will never break in this aplication,I wouldn't think so anyway. The small plastic one are cheap yes but they will break ALOT easier than these. O.K. heres the pics.................... ![]() ![]() |
