| Re: Diff lockers X Factor lockers are going to run between $30.00 and $35.00 They are a complex item that consists of 3 parts instead of the usual 1 part that all the other trucks use.. We will keep the price as low as we can though. Clayton |

| Re: Diff lockers We are part way there to having a locker. Since we will be including 2 - 10x16 bearings the price we are looking at now is $34.95. 2 piece locker with bearings. Locker should be available by mid to end of January. Clayton |

| Re: Diff lockers Why can't it just use the stock x-factor bearings? If it used the stock bearings you could keep the cost of it down and possibly be able to sell more. I ask this b/c I may be interested in these when they come out. Also, what will they be made from? I think they need to be VERY hard b/c the set screws on the couplers will want to round out the shafts over time. btw, I know this from experience with another brand x-f locker I bought. | Re: Diff lockers What brand locker did you buy? On the outdrive housing of the diff cup they use 8 mm od, 6 mm id metal molded into the diff cup. (1mm Wall) When producing this part from aluminium we feel a 2 mm wall is better than a 1 mm wall, easier to produce as well. Bearings dont up the price that much. On a "retail" basis maybe $5.00 Clayton |

| Re: Diff lockers It was from Feral Cat racing. Only problem with it was the shafts where the outdrives go, got rounded off from the setscrew after a while. So that's why I say it needs to be hardened metal for it to work. |
