Default Twin Force Torsion Chassis

Anyone ever seen or know about this torsion chassis? Uses 5/32" rod. Mounts to link mounts on axles.

"Skid" and mocked up at 14"

It is so cool to see these old parts getting assembled Nice work Shane. Shelby (4xFord) would know the story about this. He purchased it from someone in Germany for the twin force axles. Shelby wanted to use the axles under one of his own builds. The axles had the egressor knuckles that are on the wraith build in this section. The torsion build had a set of custom 3.2" delrin bead locks that were very heavy and have since been sold through C.I. The bead locks were delrin and had removable machined aluminum hexes in both 14 & 17mm.

Front axle done.

Some steering clearancing will need to be done.

16" WB

16" WB on 2.2

14"WB will need 5/32" torsion bar trimming

You can decrease your career angle a little too gain clearance.
What is your plan with this? 2.2 unlimited?

I set the caster a little extreme on this setup. A bent steering link and drag link will solve the problem. Different knuckles will be used and Eddie has those or get some. It will be setup as a mini super with narrowed blast wheels and some custom tires that Eddie makes. 2.2s were thrown on just for fun. It's his rig and he will finish it up now. I just built it up with all of the loose twin force axles parts that were left over from the wraith chassis build.
