Default I need a diff advice.

Hi.
Guys, i need a advice aboute the MF difs.
I constructed quite big Monster truck, with the 1900KV brushless system, 8 inch tall rampage wheels, MF widened axles and custom made aluminium frame.
The entire structure is fairly bulletproof, except the stocks diffs ( they did't lock).
I was allready litle bit warry about them before first test drive.
Well, i decidet to run first on Lipo 4S 6000Mah 40C.
After a few minutes i blown up front one, and day after ( i was running just 2wd) rear one was give up as well.
Because i want to run 6S and possibly a RC4WD demolished tires in the future, i start to search a buletproof diffs whats can holde this monster.
I found a helical set - MA050 (used in stock VE i think ? ), and some steely straith one from SS.
Wich of them is better , and can easly handle this power ?
I know there is a tons of info on this topic, but I want to hear your opinion firs, before i will buy something.
Any other suggestions aboute buletproof diffs please

both of those gears are hardened steel and should work better than the stock gears. the stock gears are pot metal and will break with a lot of power.

make sure that your diff gears are also shimmed correctly. alot of the play will allow the gear to strip more easily.

i have both the hardened straight gears and the helical gears and i have never had either break on a 4s 1900 kv monster truck.

Ok, i think i will buy helical one.

Is it like, its have to be fits perfectly with zero clearance ?
What lubrication should i put on it ?

you should put a nice think axle grease on the gears.

you want the mesh to be close but not too tight that the diff case doesnt go together well.
