Very nice looking dune buggy, however it IS just a dune buggy with a familiar looking shape. Please don't take this the wrong way, but it is NOT a scorpion. Although the real scorpion has a some what boxy-looking roll cage that is NOT what makes it a scorpion, the suspension IS. Read about it here: http://www.scorpion4x4.com/
Although I have no affiliation with this site I have been a huge fan of the design and the brain power it represents. Honestly you could put a suspension design that more accurately resembles the real scorpions suspension in both form AND function on a completely different chassis and it would still be more scorpion than your admittedly very nice dune buggy. Once again I am NOT mocking your work, it is very good, just don't call it a scorpion. It just isn't.

Infringe all you want, just make sure that you know what it is that you're infringing on... It isn't the roll-cage shape that I'm talking about, it is the idea that any dune buggy is a scorpion just because the cage is similar... It is the suspension that makes a scorpion so damn cool, so please people stop cheapening it by labeling every last dune buggy, rock buggy or "tuber" as a scorpion (BTW a "tuber" is a root vegetable {I.E. yam, potato}). Go to the web site www.scorpion4x4.com and learn what really makes a scorpion work... I believe that it is a 40/60 front to rear self equalizing suspension, wherein the main cage splits the angle between the front and rear portions of the suspension, equal weight is placed on all four tires, and the machine can be driven on the highway at speed without the need for a sway-bar... It got the name "scorpion" from its rear anti-squat geometry, how it sort of jacks up the rear end a bit under throttle, like it's namesake arachnid with it's tail... OK?
