| 1/6 Avalanche "GET LIFTED"
Finally got this somewhat finished. Of course with a scaler your never quite done, there is always something you can add to it. Anyways here it is...I call it "GET LIFTED" Specs: ESC: EVX 14.4v Motors: Twin Titans Driveshafts: Revo's Axles: Wheely Kings (thanks to Indy) Wheels: Axial chrome 2.2 beadlocks Tires: Imex Rubicons Plan to put a more realistic engine in it but just painted this one up for now. Some interior pics....needs some figurines in there huh? Bottom shot This is my first scaler so be easy with the constructive criticism! |

Looks good. Wheels look a little small tho. Also you should try opening the rear wheel well a tiny bit.

Hey Prophecy.., I'm glad to see that your actually using that Avalanche body..!!! It looks much better on your chassis, then it did sitting on my shelf collecting dust..!!! LOL..!!! It looks good dude.., Its coming along sweet.. A set of RC4WD 2.2" Rock Crushers might look way cool under there too..!!!! |

"Looks like any other SUV out there that is lifted...rollerskate... "... DUDE- Who the hell are YOU to talk..?? Your Jeep looks MORE like a rollerskate than his Avalanche..!!!!!!!! In scale terms, a Chevy Avalanche is almost TWICE as long as a TJ, therefore the wheel/tire combo he's using isn't totally out of the question on a real 1:1 rig.. How many 1:1 TJ's have YOU seen running around on wheels that stick out as far as yours do..?...NONE..., Oh, and BTW.., Do you know what the K.I.S.S. theory is..???

Do you have upper links, or is it some kind of 2-link deal? Either way the geometry could use some attention. The look isn't bad, but I bet it doesn't drive all that great. |

if i wer you i would shorten the rear links and make a carrier bearing for the rear.......that way you wont taco the rear links when you approach something, or land straight down on the back tires.....just my spare change. |

first off im not trying to make fun of anybody or anything so i dont know why you are making fun of me... i dont really care anyway, my "jeep" wasnt built as a scale rig, i have a tube chassis and got the body from a friend for free, cut the bottom of the jeep out and set it on there, and yeah i have seen some jeeps and other rigs that look like that... you ever see a toyota on 54" boggers? well i have and thats what it looks like, so sorry that ur in a bad mood but im not making fun, i accually gave him a comment "looks like you could see it driving down the street" and sorry not shur what ur k.i.s.s. theory is, im not wanting to makeout or anything if thats what ur asking.

Whatever dude.., you just came off as sarcastic to me, thats all..Sorry if I reacted the way i did... Anyways- YES, I've seen Yotas on 54" tires,, and you know what, they look stupid as hell .....a mini truck like that, on those monster tires, looks like a rollerskate, not his Avalanche.... as he said, he just threw those tires on for now, he's gettin others... And..... I think the "K.I.S.S." thing was explained in the above posts....
