| 1/6 4-link on the cheap...
I had a break over thanksgiving and boredom struck. I went down to ACE hardware and bought everything I needed as for nuts/bolts/spacers/all-thread. The 4-link mounts were sourced from brackets for 2x4 juctions used in house framing? anyway they looked like I could manipulate them enough to perform the intended duty. The only things I needed were revo tie-rod ends and brake line to sleeve the all-thread. I have some savage shocks on the way, but for now I am just using the worthless nylint shocks w/ limiting straps. I know I know....it's a Nylint...but it isn't broke so I thought I would get rid of that ugly a$$ chassis it came with. Attached Images |

| chevy body
I need to adjust the wheelbase a little to fit this body. The bedcage is finished along with the rear bumber. Attached Images |

| ride height
what do guys with clod axles do to keep the suspension from sqatting under forward movement. With the axles being independantly powered it makes it hard to keep ride height without having overly stiff springs. |
