Not much has happened on this one in a while. I am slowly getting the chassis smoothed out. I am also designing some custom shock mounts for the lower links.

I did pick up a tow rig for this one though. I am sure you have all seen this one

Here are a few comparison shots, Hope you like them.

I will keep you posted as things progress.
Thanks for looking and as always I am open to any and all comments

The Jeep makes the tuber look small ! Looks great.

For steering, have you seen the newish Hitec servos? 600oz/in torque on 7.4V. Might be just the servo you need for this build.

Some of the 1.1 jeeps that I have had the pleasure of working on do get stretched quite a bit. here is an example of one ( I did not work on this one )

Thanks I will look into that. Might need one for both rigs.

Thanks to TatooKenny I was able to pick up two more HH 10t pullers. I am going to swap them out in the trans and do some testing of the trans in BIG. Lets hope all goes well. I am still smoothing the cage little by little. it is a very tedious process, so no up to date pics this time. I still need to have the shock brackets machined.

Thanks to all!

Anytime daddy-0! I can't wait to see this done! And if you knew how bad I wanted to get Big it would make you sick! I offered some crazy trades for that rig at one time!

Been a long while. Hope that all has been well. Did you get the chance to try-out the tranny?

Nothing to update. I have been in and out of the hospital over the past few months, so I was unable to work on this or my other projects. I hope to get around to it after the holidays. Thanks for the interest.

Get Well and take care of yourself! The toys can wait! Trust me on that one!

Unfortunately.. the reason I am back into RC Trucks is because I have a few herniated discs in my neck.. and well.. I can not ride my Yamaha Grizzly 450 4x4 ATV nor can I ride my 05 Ski-Doo MXZ 500ss snowmobile... until the Doc's figure out what to do etc..

I am currently doing Physical theraphy 2 times a week. So the money I normally spend on those hobbies is mostly going to co-payments.

I am in the process of turning a completely stock TXT-1 into a crawler

Get Well!
