Need help. I can't make up my mind which colour to paint it, each colour can have a military theme.

I'm leaning towards the white. What do you think?

It's a bit late, I went for the white and most of it's painted now.

It's a creamy white though, not a polar ice white. the canvas top may be in black to give it some contrast....

Think I like the tan best now... :?

How do you mean Kronik? I can't picture what you're talking about. I've deliberately de-chromed most of the truck.

Why can't we have Christmas smileys? :-(

here are a couple pictures! you can get some chrome vinyl off of ebay for cheap! i just got some and this chrome vinyl is awesome!
on to the pics, the first one is a black and silver ford, the second is a white and silver ford. i was saying put a chrome (package) on it... one the first pic where the silver is, do it chrome. on the second pic, where it is silver do it chrome. hope this helps! it would look awesome with the white!

or white and silver would look really good too! instead of chrome...

Can't say I'm all that keen on the chrome, I like the silver lower half. If anything I probably would spray the bottom with a gun metal colour. That may look good.

Just a few more before I start the next stage, must say I'm really happy with the way the body is going, after some polishing you'll be able to see your face in it.

Do you have a wheel tire combo planned for this build? Looks nice so far.

The e-maxx axles are too wide for a scale look, not sure what I could do about that or if there's any scale supersize wheels to match the truck. The wheels and tyres above are what's going to be used, I'm reluctant to spend any more as it's cost a small fortune to get this up and running.

There's a brand new e-maxx in there somewhere and £100 worth of delrin. I best not add it all up.

maxx wheels are not very scale. I thought I saw somewhere someone used neg offset 2.2 wheels and big tires. I think 2.2 would be closer to scale. I think Imex had some oversized 2.2 tires in the past also. If I find that example I pass it along to you,,2.2 stuff is cheap too.

Excellent, thanks.

Damm you, I know you're right with the wheels. More money to throw at it.

And you were right about having another colour along the bottom. I had a play with photoshop today and it definitely looks much better with a dark border to break up the white.

Can't decide on a canopy colour now.

Has to be fabric, there's stuff to go inside.

Quick mock up of how I want it to look.
