| 1/6 Campbell IFS Buggy
I start to build a new buggy. Enjoy my building It's specification is follow; Dimension: 1/6 Wheelbase: 440mm Motor: brushless motor 2300KV Amp: Mamba Max Tranny: Traxxas E-Max 2 speed Front differential gear: Traxxas Summit Rear bevel gear: Kyosho Twin Force Front Susarm: Original Rear Axle housing: Original Tire: Moab XL Campbell IFS Buggy. Very cool My first design. I built the mini "Spider 9" as a rear axle housing. Made from SUS304 because I want to put link mounts by soldering. But the backside cap is made from A5052. Twin Force's gear is inside. First build. |

Holy $hit! That axle is sick. did you get the idea from the other build on here? Is the front diff gonna be unlockable? and how big are the moabs up to it cause it would be nice if you could get the proportions just right like the design in the drawings

The rear axle looks proportionate and clean. I like the way the mounts are made. 非常に素晴らしい! |

Thank you guys :-P Battery is NiMH 18 cell or LiPo 6cell. But I always play by NiMH 12 cell that's enough. |

RC4WD's axles looks fine at 1.9 and 2.2. Plus the gears are quite durable and axle casing tough enough for a beating. And if something breaks, replacements are within reach. That said, it would be interesting if the Black Widows were widened for a 1/6. It surely will look even more proportionate and super scale. Also, if they can integrate a panhard mount design similar to 1:1 as you did, I think it would be most appealing to many. Last edited by Siggy; 10-27-2009 at 06:05 PM.

Therefore, I could not admit it. And, the aluminum's soldering is too hard for me.

Some updates. Frame making was finished. Winch Line Fairlead. Molds for the vacuum forming machine. Radiator. Susarms were painted. My friend did sand blast. My blast machine is too small for this rig.:-( I went to the scale RC crawler competition of the Nara-trialmountain in Japan, in October. But it was still not finished.:? Watch Pirate4x4. My rig could dive from top of the "Matterhorn". I got Tracy Jordan's autograph on my mini Spider 9. |
