1:6 Nissan Titan Mudder Puttin this together for a buildoff on another forum, didnt really plan on gettin it ready this soon but oh well. Well i made my goal for the night, heres some pitchers  Servo/4-link mount. Just a mockup servo, not what will be ran haha. Notice my homemade servo clamps also, why buy'em :-P http://i363.photobucket.com/albums/o...n/IMAG0228.jpg http://i363.photobucket.com/albums/o...n/IMAG0229.jpg The ladies never believe me when i tell them i have a 9" shaft...... Driveshaft that is :flipoff: http://i363.photobucket.com/albums/o...n/IMAG0232.jpg http://i363.photobucket.com/albums/o...n/IMAG0234.jpg All the driveshafts done now. Rolling chassis. http://i363.photobucket.com/albums/o...n/IMAG0235.jpg And finally what everyone is probably waiting on, pics with the body sittin on it. Well here ya go. http://i363.photobucket.com/albums/o...n/IMAG0237.jpg http://i363.photobucket.com/albums/o...n/IMAG0239.jpg Debating on whether i want to lock out the rear, or run rear steer also, rear steer would be nice. I'll have to make another servo/4-link mount but that is no biggy. |
MUD!!!!!! haha i love it |
thats sweet now add some mud"thumbsup" |

Thanks guys, just gotta mount the body, make another top link/servo mount for the rear and add electronics when i get money. Quote:

i agree you should definetly switch to like 8/32 rod or larger and keep them straight |
Links came to me this way, they will get redone. Thanks guys. |
WOW thats a sexy mud truck i cant wait to see it in action. What motor are you running in that bad boy? |
Gonna run a couple 21t titans or a couple Kershaw motors, Holmes Hobbies BR-XL on 4s-5s... |
how much longer till its done those big slingers should throw some serious mud when your done |

The Titan doesnt need a whole lot though, Servo, Esc, Motors. Ive got a radio for it. |
i understand that all my money is going towards my vacation next month after i get back its game on with my new trucks:twisted: |
Got the rear body mounts done, started on the fronts but no pics of them. Switched out the 35t for a 21t Titan motor, way better. Swapped the junk AX-10 shocks for some Maxx shocks. Next on the list is redoing the links so they are stronger, and some Revo spec driveshafts. http://i363.photobucket.com/albums/o...n/IMAG0260.jpg http://i363.photobucket.com/albums/o...n/IMAG0264.jpg http://i363.photobucket.com/albums/o...n/IMAG0266.jpg http://i363.photobucket.com/albums/o...n/IMAG0270.jpg |
You should cut the little lugs off those tires. |
