| Long travel shock options
Apart from the HPI Baja rears which are 207mm extended, are there any other options for long travel coil over shocks out there suitable for a 1:5 scale beast? As usual, the cheaper the better! Thanks, Bish. |

The only other long shocks are the hpi savage, and they are a little small for a 1/6 imo. I have the baja shocks on my 1/6 campbell and the springs are way too stiff. And thats with a 7lb bare chassis on top of em. I can't seem to find any soft springs for them.

Well, would you believe it! No sooner had I made my last post than I found a complete set of Baja shocks with a starting price of £25....... This evening they belong to me for the princely sum of £27.34 . They are advertised as used, but at that price I can't really go wrong! Now to go and learn how to remove purple anodising! |

Called Greased Lightning. It takes it off pretty well without using drain cleaner. | |
