This is pretty cool. The 1:1 looks looks an R/C, it should be an interesting build.

warriorsimi 01-26-2011 04:55 PM

thanks i got the front started ,but i need to get the smaller rod to keep the weight down.

warriorsimi 01-27-2011 01:57 PM

Yeah as soon as I looked at that picture Rox Lox popped into my mind. They look killer. I'm also quite partial to the looks of the Moabs;. Though they look nice on the tuber there.

I see the same build going on on scale4x4 right now, subscribed both to see how they come out

Gula 02-09-2011 05:05 AM

No No No No, IT looks awful with he 40's wheels and tires. Get some stampede wheels the deep dish ones dye them black and slap some IMEX all-t's on there they look like rock lox just wider

warriorsimi 02-16-2011 11:23 AM

40 series rokloks willbe going on it when i get going on it again, the 2.2 would be too small this truck is huge.

The rig looks sweet but 40 series Roklox are a joke on txt's. Trust me, I've got a set with less than a pack on them sitting in my garage. You need wider axles for then to look right. And good luck trying to steer them as well. Personally I wouldn't go taller than a moab XL for that rig.

warriorsimi 03-13-2011 03:53 PM

i don't believe you. you should get them out of the garage and send them to me to prove it so i can see for myself.:ror:

just got layed off so i will have time to finish this rig finally,i narrowed the moab about an inch and also the rims ,the lower part of the chassis is going to be changed to look more like the 1.1 ,i have a set of madforce axles but i am trying to stay as scale as possible.updates coming soon.
