Default bluetorch firetruck ...build...by warriorsimi

i have a set of txt axles and want to build something for them and since i fuel helis for the forest service i think this would be awesome .i am thinking of building it then when i go back to work doing a raffle at the forest service base in price valley idaho and have one of the forest crew member win it.what do you guys think? this is the rig i want to build.

This is pretty cool. The 1:1 looks looks an R/C, it should be an interesting build.

almost done with the steel work just need the tool box frames and all the styrene which i am not really good at but we'll see oh and also the doors.heres another inspiration pic.

man, evreytime i look at the tires it makes me want roklocks more and more hopefully i can get a set soon.

Yeah as soon as I looked at that picture Rox Lox popped into my mind. They look killer. I'm also quite partial to the looks of the Moabs;. Though they look nice on the tuber there.

No No No No, IT looks awful with he 40's wheels and tires. Get some stampede wheels the deep dish ones dye them black and slap some IMEX all-t's on there they look like rock lox just wider

40 series rokloks willbe going on it when i get going on it again,the 2.2 would be too small this truck is huge.

The rig looks sweet but 40 series Roklox are a joke on txt's. Trust me, I've got a set with less than a pack on them sitting in my garage. You need wider axles for then to look right. And good luck trying to steer them as well. Personally I wouldn't go taller than a moab XL for that rig.

just got layed off so i will have time to finish this rig finally,i narrowed the moab about an inch and also the rims ,the lower part of the chassis is going to be changed to look more like the 1.1 ,i have a set of madforce axles but i am trying to stay as scale as possible.updates coming soon.
