Default 1:2 scale cj2

Hi all, Im starting to build a half size willy cj2. It will not be tru to scale but the wheelbase and widt will be. Im planning to give it the moa design and fit some 20" atv tires. The motors will be from the 750w 24v scooter and the gearbox is an industrial fenner worm drive box geared to 40:1. Im bussy collecting all the parts but I think I will use vw cv joints in front.
Any help and comments are welcome good or bad.

Since i work at a firm witch make worm and other gears for the industry i have been thinking of a super large build, and then make everything myself, but i have no place to build the thing so its put on hold for now.

It have to be large the smallest gear we build is about the size of a summit tranny and the largest ones are the size of a 4 cyl car engine and have 3-4 inch output
