|  1/8 scale hpi rubicon unlimited
Startin my 1st build. Its gonna be an hpi jeep wrangler unlimited on a widened scx10 frame. Just Wonderin where i can get a couple things. I need to extend my scx10 frame like 4" is there anything anyplace sells? I have no acess to any welding stuff just yet. I also need some complete wraith axles and what size do i make my rear links if i wanna do a 14" wheel base? Will scorpion shocks be way too high for this rig? Thanks.

As for frame stretching I think it will have to be homemade. Just set your wheelbase and make your own links. Wouldn't know off hand how long they need to be. Depends on alot of factors on the shocks. There is alot of testing and placement trial and error when building your own.

if your just gonna lengthen the frame and use the stock belly pan for the link mounts your gonna be lookin somewhere around 5" links  |
