Talking APCHE C1 Bash Video – RAW

APCHE C1 Bash Video – RAW

We I wanted to give you my impression so far… This truck is a RUNNER… I don’t know he MPH but its quick on acceleration and seems to be a good top speed for bashing.

I posted an uncut vid so you can see it run and all the tumbles I made while I get use to this thing… The driving feel compared to my Stampede and Summit is way different ( as expected) but so far (2cd run of car) I feel as if I’m learning to drive again…

Driving PROs
Surprisingly nimble – Easy to over compensate and force it to roll over.
Throttle is very responsive
Stopping power
Components seem strong
Good grip on tires
GREAT RADIO RANGE!

Driving CONs
ESC not Water resistant /Proof
Low ground clearance for big bumps… need to plow through with momentum
Throttle control is needed to prevent rollovers
Axles seem to get wrapped up easy with moss and twigs

>>> Side notes on this “bash it experience”
On hard rollovers the CVD axle pops out of the cup it seems that they are a hair short.
Taking off the body to clean and swap batteries
Spare tire prevents you from the ESC indicator lights easily you have to “lift the tire” or get the “just right” angle to see what’s going on.

Anyway here is some video un edited but with no sound just music so you can’t hear the “ENTHUSIASUM”.

went out today and car runs great on ground... problem when jumping or when front end lifts the suspension extends beyond the axle cups and the CVD type axles pop... so far its only the driver side front when the axle is fully extended down (car in air) the "t" portion of the bone on top is perpendicular with the ground it does not make contact with cup and it pops out....

need to clean car and take better look at all the Bones... car is filthy I'll post pictures later.
