To use or not to use?? I just had a minty-fresh, unhacked Nylint body drop into my lap for absolutely FREE  "thumbsup" http://i1106.photobucket.com/albums/...ps083d7efe.jpg I'm thinkin' about a full-tilt competition Jeep build with this one maybe. But I'm wonderin' about that interior, it's obviously not full depth (my friend who is bringing it back from Cali for me sent me this pic, I don't actually have it yet) Anybody else ever use one of these?? |
Re: To use or not to use?? Thier was a nice one done a long time back it was even in the banner pics for a while this was back when we hade a section for them I with I could find a scorpion body to do a 1/6 with |
Re: To use or not to use?? I say use it. That thing looks sick. Re do the cage the same but steel. |
Re: To use or not to use?? I used mine on a Stampede. I didn't build a crawler but it was more like a 60's jeep beach buggy. Had a set of rock lizards and used the interior. Hank PS, I used the 1/14 body on the Stampede. |
Re: To use or not to use?? Looks like it's in great shape...i would definitely use it. Here's a build with that body http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/large...int-build.html |

I don't have it yet, it's reportedly "like new". My friend in Cali also had a 1:6th Dodge Ram, but it was "pretty scratched up and cracked in a few spots" so I passed on it. Thursday I should have it, we'll see what sort of inspiration happens then... |

Re: To use or not to use?? Daaaaamn. Set it next to Ol' Blue, and it looks even bigger. If you set a Willys MB and a new Wrangler side-by-side, would there be this much size difference? http://i1106.photobucket.com/albums/...in/nylint1.jpg Wraith axles might be a good fit for the width. And there's definitely plenty of room for an R3 under the hood... http://i1106.photobucket.com/albums/...in/nylint3.jpg http://i1106.photobucket.com/albums/...in/nylint2.jpg |
