Tires are holding well got a small leak in one but it takes weeks to go flat, I also got a set of super swampers, the mickey t mtz's just didnt have a tread to pull it up the trails.

Well i know it's been awhile but alot has happened that ultimatly put the hobby on the back burner.
I got married....then found out I'm gonna be a dad....So not only did all my "extra cash" get spent on a honey moon but now I was forced to move out of the hobby room and turn it into a room for the baby...when he comes..

I dont know if I'll get to work on this for awhile...if anyone wants it make an offer ohterwise it could be a while before i get a bigger house that includes a hobby room

I hate to jack your thread.but how did you modify those Driveshafts to work on a 5mm yoke.I'm stuck and can't find any specific info on how it'll work.I need Driveshafts that are 6" compressed.

sorry it took so long to reply, you just have to drill/hollow out the center area of the driveshaft cup and then use the original yoke through pin through the stub shaft

Well boys it's here at last A REAL UPDATE!!

we since I had to move out of my hobby room and turn it into a nursery for my soon coming son, all my rc shit got boxed up stashed in the barn.

Finally got some time this week and dug some out.

At first i tryed to power it up and beat up the back yard but no go, after hours of dinking with it and getting pretty frustraded found out the mamba monster that I had only ran 3 times was junk...aint that enough to piss you off, well a quick call to the awesome guys at RPP Hobby and bam as quick as lightning I had a new HH BR-XL in my mail box.

Also some things you may have missed... the frame and chassis components have been powder coated...had pictures lost the pictures. And I put some proline tsl swampers on for better traction..My 1:1 MTZ's have awesome traction my 1:10th MTZ's Suck on the rocks!!

alright enough talk on to the pics.

Now with my new HH Esc came another challenge wire routing. Now when it comes to wiring Im like OCD or something it has to be clean no more electrical nightmares here.

I mounted the esc in the same place as the previous one but also mounted the reciever and other components behind the back seat so all the electronics even the winch controller (coming soon) will be in the interior. Now I ran all the wiring so the interior can be removed from the chassis all electronics intact by removing the four mounting screws and just unplugging a few wires motor wires up front and servo, lights battery in back.. take a look

More to come guys I have more parts on the way and alot more to do so stay tuned kids..

Not dead yet and I haven't got rid of this beast yet, sometimes reality gets in the way of all the fun things. I clear the dust off the bench every oncevin awhile and fiddle around with it but running a business and supporting a family doesn't leave much in the way for it anymore...

There will be another update..tons of pics..and yes a video

Well guess what guys.. Time for an update, yeah I know its been awhile.

well first thing is its been so long since Ive got to put good time in on it I had to remember where I left off.. which was in a bunch of pieces.

Got it all put back together and made a few changes along the way.

First item on the list was updating the power pack, the previous 6.0l powerstroke (twin HH 7t pullers 2 speed emaxx trans) was just way too much maintenance and hassle So I swapped it out for a 6.7l cummins

Split the trans and only kept the low gear side, Cut and fabbed a new case half and put in a couple Axial 20t brushed motors. way quieter than the pullers just as much speed and torque and a fraction of the cost..

More pics of trans to be added I have to find whatever sd card there stored on.
