Default 1/6 Xtrail?

I wonder if a 1/6 xtrail would work just blown up to the right size for you guys? I'd make it out of 1/8 delrin but maybe two together on each side for 1/4 overall width per rail would work? Another other laser "cut-able" materials you know of that are cheaper? That might be a little pricey in delrin.

Hey Slipangle, being there is so little interest I'm afraid I'm going to have to back out of this project. Sorry bud.

I would have been interested, but I just built my own frame a couple months ago...
