That's a real good price for what you have into it. You gonna keep your Gladiator builds going? |

The Gladiator builds will be continued. Working on the flatbed version slowly. By the way, I just dropped the price down $100 bucks on the Willy's. |

1/6 Jeep Gladiator flatbed update: I finally got to work on the Jeep flatbed build. The pictures are pretty self explanatory all the way up to mounting the body. I got the body and bed mounted where I want it. I have a little work to do on the rear so I can still tip the whole thing up on a hinge. I set this up so both bodies will be interchangeable.Three bolts and two electric disconnects is all it will take. I didn't really want to mess with a cantilever shock setup in the back so I just cut some holes in the bed. (Like it) I have some electronics to move around because the bed is now sitting on the frame rails. I also need to make up some utility boxes or get a Jerry can to fill in where the sliders extend past the rear of the body. There will be some weathering done, but not to the extreme like the other body. This has a slow process but it's getting there. Last edited by Norton; 04-06-2016 at 10:23 PM. |

Same as before, 19.5". It hasn't had a problem conquering any obstacle yet so it plain works. Well, except for low overhangs.

I got a little work done on the Jeep Flatbed over the weekend. Merged the cab and bed today, so there now one piece. I also got the body mounted where I wanted it on the chassis. The windshield will probably be next on the list, It's getting there. |

Hey can you mock up your new SSD winch, to the front of your Gladiator build, so I can see how big the winch might look in relation ? |

^ thanks brother I saw you posted that in the title thread too. tho' probably strong enough... looks a bit small on a 1/6 I'd haft'a buy one if SSD produced a larger model but I guess until that happens... I'm gonna save a buck and a half. appreciate your share |

I started the weathering on the 1/6 Gladiator flatbed build. I still have some blending to do but it's getting there.

...looks cool but if someone is too lazy to maintain there vehicles exterior/paint... they'll likely do little to repair what body damage has occurred Sooo... it needs some more body carnage |
