I forgot to mention the rear frame section isnt finished yet. Im thinking two tubes with a cross member or two from the frame at an angle toward the back of the body. Thanks for looking.

Thanks man. Tonight the rear frame should be finished. We decided to use the same 3/8 square stock.

OK so the front bumper is done except for cleaning the welds up and then sand blasting the entire frame with aluminum oxide.

The rear frame section is done just gotta clean up the welds aswell. Thanks again for looking. I still have a few more things i want to do.

I have been reading about the Willys builds from others over the last few weeks and of course watching the videos. I then spotted and read your thread when you posted up a few days ago..... that was the final factor in pressing the "Buy Now" button for my Willys jeep. looking forward to your build / what you have done so far.

My Buddy got the frame cleaned up and blasted. All thats left to do for now is spray the frame with anti rust primer then self etching primer for the flat military look. Depending on how things go this weekend my other friend mite be able start the 4 link setup and mock up the chassis mounted servo. Thanks for looking.

Loving the full steel chassis. Reminds me of the blue Jerp that I started with a full steel frame and leaf springs. It sounded sooo good when the frame dragged across the rocks.

I agree Big Ski. For me it gives a solid feeling and performing rig. Im kinda shooting for this one to be a 14 pounder.

I 4 linked mine, so I'm of no use to you, but if you don't get a response, you'll have to check the other Jeep builds in this section.

Thanks man. I did find a few builds that tried doing a 3 link but they either went back to a 4 link or were not using a wraith based axle. What i did learn is that it is very possible, so i have no choice but to make it work. Its a good thing i like a challege.
