Where did you find the body?, Frame looks good and strong, great job! What size/style tires are you going to run?

Got the body from a fellow member on here. Plans right now are 40 series mud slingers. Thanks for the complement on the frame!! Got a lot to do and hope to have updates here in a day or two. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

I have a set of 3.8" wheels and rok lox tires for sale in the classifieds that would look killer on this thing. Wes | |

Got some more done today. Not much but the front hoops tac'd in place and the rear shock towers as well. Once I like how everything fits I will go back and fully weld everything. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

Great start so far. These 1/6 bodys really scale out well to 2.2's and wraith axles.

What length shocks are you going to run in the rear?, looks a little shallow

^ I'd likely inquire in that too... especially since I seen no recessed bed ? gonna install a recessed bed ? only reason I assume the use a shorter shock. tho' maybe instead you intend on using a canti-lever suspension out back ? ...just like guessing even when I don't have a clue as to your direction good enough reason to see what comes next looks so far |

Thanks guys! Yes longer shocks in the front and the rear just above the frame. Was going scale but I have a couple scale rigs now and so this build will more then likely be a lifted mud style truck. Don't know yet. The bed is somewhat recessed bed with a tailgate that goes down but it's not full recessed bed. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

| Re: F350 1/6 scale mud life build couldn't see the under bed surface initially, tho' now I do. Thanks for the bed well pictures, that helped in my perspective. I'd think the bed's depth would be fine as is... so I'd guess you could make the rear shock tower taller and more closely emulate the front(s). but it's your build, and I'm just here for the show |
