I went out in the shop and both of the big roll up doors are leaking too The big shop doors are 12 and half feet wide and are the small panels I called the company that built the shop and left a message So I hope they can give me information about the doors Cause I can't find a manufactures tag or any stickers When they deliver the track fro my garage, I will ask about the shop doors If I'm lucky I only have to replace the seal, cause the seal is in the center of the bottom of the door It should not be that expensive, now that I know, I can buy it locally and by the foot And need another 25' feet of seal Last edited by kgb424; 12-11-2018 at 01:12 AM. |

Yeah baby I used vise grips to hold the track in place until I could screw it off And was able to slide the track under the roller plates and then screwed thru the plates and track It went pretty easy by myself, the shop doors are going to be a pain in the ass Cause you need 2 people to remove the old seal and install the new seal And got them done in time cause its warming up and there is run off hitting the drive way Cause the snow is melting 2 doors done, 2 more to go Last edited by kgb424; 12-11-2018 at 01:12 AM. |

I got my slipper clutch set, and had to 2 problems that I noticed assembling the transmission I used the stock plastic case for mock up, it spins nicely and is smooth But had 2 simple to fix problems, and got another solid transmission 1. I had to file then sand the output drive shafts, so that Axial WB8 and Mips drive shafts slide easily off on the shafts They would not go on and needed to shaved down a little to fit correctly 2. The second problem is the threaded area on the drive gear Shaft is shorter than the Axial version drive gear shaft, So You can't fit the 2 washers, that go on each side of the clutch spring and you need a thin nut even without the washers Too correct that problem, I ordered the Axial version of gear shaft, so I can use the washers and a the right nut Still waiting for the alumium transmission case Last edited by kgb424; 01-14-2017 at 04:46 PM. |

And now for something completely different I bought this Tamiya TA-01 and going to make a rally car or a Pre-Runner Truck out of it Or just run it in the Walmart parking lot cause they, were resurfaced recently and are asking to be ripped on The Tamiya's TA-01's and TA-02 are similiar platforms and hoping parts are interchangeable With the extra brushless motor and esc for my Axial EXO, this thing will rip I might buy some drifting tires and wheels once I get used to it And do some drifting baby Last edited by kgb424; 12-11-2018 at 01:12 AM. |

Shit happens I got right drive gear shaft today and installed it I lost both of the AX30162 they are the pins, that go into the drive gear shaft and hold the drive gear and inner slipper plate on the shaft On the SCX10 transmission I'm building for my 1/6th scales They came with the clutch kit, I don't think, they were not the right pins, cause the fell out way to easy The Axial pins seem to stay in place better and don't fall out as much cause they are thicker Last edited by kgb424; 01-19-2017 at 06:47 PM. |

I love old shit like this R/C From my online research the body was released in 1993 that makes its 24 years old and was on a different R/C The Chassis is TA02 from Stadium Racer Series which was the Chevy S-10 or the Ford F150 or the Toyota Pre-Runner They were released in 1994/1995, so that makes the chassis 22 years old Just shows these things are bad ass |
