Held the Wraith skid in my milling machine and made several passes to get it to the size I needed ,,what a pain ,,but I cant cut a straight line by hand to save my life ,,So I used the milling machine ,

,For the steering wheel I machine a block of Aluminum to the angle to hold the wheel ,, I had to make a steering wheel too .The shaft has a two bearings with collects holding it in place ,,the first ones always ugly ,,

Time for a front bumper . I 've seen some nice one's on here and need a strong one for the ,,WINCH,, It's a military style winch,,, It's not my design ,But a good winch with a few mods ,, I am a few days behind on post's and have converted it to a free spool winch ,,

I took this Winch and did a little testing as it is before any mods ,and played on snow bank in back yard while I was at it ,,Enjoy ,,,
Next post Winch will be free spooling line ,,With a added brace with bearings for the gears ,,

senility is just an excuse for our elders that fail to pay attention

When you wake up... flip that front axle and make it right

tho' I think you would fair better using axles with a centered chunk/pinion output(s).
So your drive shaft(s) can be more inline with the T-case outputs.

It should still roll as is... (easier since that rear DS is MIA)
But it will generally roll with more resistance when the mtr's pinion gear is meshed to the spur gear and engaging the rest of the drive train.
Take off the mtr's pinion... and you should be able to push it around all day long, just like yer hot wheels. Lol

I made a blunder that was far less obvious to me.

I accidentally 180* the locker/ring gear inside one axle housing.

When I tried to run it... the Fr/Rr axles were opposing each other, going nowhere when throttled.

Took me a a few minutes and some head scratching before I figured out my assembly blunder.
