My GI Joe Jeep was the old style Hasbro, from the '60's and '70's, so my rear driveshaft was like almost 6" long & 5mm. I used RC4WD Punisher shaft https://store.rc4wd.com/Punisher-Sha...ole_p_815.html

You have the newer style Jeep. There's a Sticky at the very top of the page for Large Scale by Zoso Scale Rigs General Tech - Large Scale Rigs at RCCrawler.com and here's a link to RCP Crawlers 1/6 Jeep parts https://rcpcrawlers.com/home.php?cat=51

And here's some to look at from Amain Hobbies https://www.amainhobbies.com/search?s=driveshafts

I used E-revo shafts and yokes. There was a yoke that was made for a 5mm pinion shaft. I have no idea what the Traxxas p/n is anymore.

What a nice build. It's my dream to have one of those 1:6 MB, I have a 1:1 that kind of looks like yours, I have been building it for 5 years now. Good luck and I will be following yout thread.

^^ I tapped the tube ends for M3 at the base mounts on my cage, but it's the same basic idea. It's plenty strong!
