| 1/6 campbell buggy
I figured I'd let you guys in on a little project I have goin. I've been wanting to do a 1/6 campbell buggy for the longest time, and now its coming together. It will have some custom extremely scale spider axles and a full 3 link suspension. This is for size comparison, that's a 1.9 campbell Can you tell I like campbells Last edited by supercrawlerfreak; 05-15-2009 at 12:31 PM. |

they will have a bolt on ring and pinion set up like the 1:1 axles, should have that part done by the end of next week. I have a set that I did for the 1.9 with tlt gears, but these will be way more scale. Last edited by supercrawlerfreak; 05-15-2009 at 05:30 PM. |

any more done ? I had to put my 1/6 on hold for now, just spent all my savings for motor/ESC n Batt's on settin up shop. just bought TIG , powder coat system, glass beader, n materials what are you using for reference ? found this thought you might be interested http://campbellent.com/spanky its what im using for my 2.2 mini comp rig not an exact copy but got to adlib a little U know ? I've flattened and shortened the top section and tucked the lower sides in a little extra...didnt go with minimun comp dimentions to make it a little more scale lookin, thought about eliminating the panhard mounts but they shouldnt be in the way of a 4 linked set-up well heres my little version.........alreadt got more done and those stickin out pieces are gone |
