Default Just another Rubicon

Grabbed this body and chassis from a member here earlier this year, finally got around to ordering some parts and starting on it.

So far:
Ryft axles
China Wheels
Jconcepts scorpios

Looks good. I've got that same body awaiting a build.

I have one of those bodies waiting in the wings, as well. Wraith sized D44's are my axles of choice for this one.

Geez, now I feel like I'm over doing it...

Looking for twin/mad force axles (or comparable size/width wise) and going with the pitbull 3.8 XLs!

Yeah it'll be a 1/6 hard-core wheeler. Think they measure around a 43" in 1/6 scale. WB stretch, highline hood, Comp cut kinda body.

Yup...I agree...you nailed it. It has a nice clean stance.

I've been tossing an idea around in my head of making it into an LJ. Did yours come silver or did you have to paint it? I think these came in 3 colors...silver, black, and blue. Don't know if there were any other color options for this brand, although I've seen a red one in a different brand with stock fender flairs. Not sure what brand it was though.

Yours's looks like it's gonna be an awesome drive off road.
