| attention Shafties, tranny setup and gear Ratio Any of you ( Pro's or Comp guys, or bashers prefer to have the trans setup so that if let's say one of the rear wheels becomes stuck and cannot turn but the motor still turns the Front Wheels ? Or Do you like the Slipper to Slip entirely so if any of the 4 wheels cannot turn all power is lost and slips into the slipper, thus saving from breaking axles? I'm thinking the first way is best. also where is info to figure out gear ratio's ? and what ratios are best? thanks |

Wow you are impatient If you had wanted opinions on power transfer for shafties you should have asked in General Crawlers and not the scale forums. |
