Mamba Monster doesn't fit. Looks like a Mamba Maxx with a Cobalt. |

Drove it yesterday, ripped the link mounts on the rear axle apart (stock plastic from TXT). Aluminum parts are going on and I should (hopefully) get pictures today. |

I had almost forgot about this rig. It is a piece of RCC history and I cant wait to see it running again. Props to you JIA for keeping it in the RCC family |

| Damn that thing is huge (and heavy !). Good to see it come out of retirement. I'm just finishing off a 1/6 scale Campbell frame for another member here, and these things are huge. The two of you will have to meet up and have some carnage rock races |

Good thing I drove it here at the house before taking it to the rocks. The suspension needs tuning. Torque twist is bad with the current setup. Got some oil today that, with the help of some internal springs, should take care of the problem. This is the first crawler that the kids have had to run from. I couldn't imagine putting this 7 turn cobalt in a 2.2. Had someone tell me recently that I now needed a MRC based Campbell buggy...one in each size. | |

| I can, and will be You know I built one before for the MRC? Currently working on one for Kevan (cruiserkb). Look for photos for the comparison. You thought your 2.2 looked small, this thing is puny compared to a 1/6 scale frame |

That 7t throws the big pig around fairly well. I think a 2.2 with one in it would be so fun I'd destroy the thing every time I ran it. |

If you put some 2.2 flatirons on it, it might be pretty scale/proportional. Edit: on second thought those 2.2s in the last picture are awfully small. |

Dang man this thing is a monster, but it looks so scale! We are having a scale comp this saturday at sweetwater creek state park. Richard (salmonfacesalad) and I are the ATL scale coordinators. You should try to come down to one of our comps, it would be an honor to have you |

I most likely won't be doing comps this summer. Moving to TN. As a matter of fact, after May 22nd I think I'll be done with crawling. Last edited by JasonInAugusta; 04-30-2009 at 10:21 PM. |

Giving it up for a while. I'll be too busy to mess with any of them anyway. |

I remember you saying you were going to move a long while back. I might have read it in a RCD magazine, or here. I'm sure you will keep some of your crawlers. There too much fun just to "walk" away from. I had seen this buggy in crawl magazine a while back and could never find the thread on it anywhere, i guess i finally did.... |

I'll keep a few but anymore I view crawlers as work and, for me, that has taken the fun out of crawling.
