Project: Moon buggy Well, all the links in my other TXT post are dead, so I figured I would start one here to get more opinions. Here is my moon buggy project. It has been a long time coming, since I have been working on figuring out life with a kid. Its very, very different. So, here are a few pics, one after fab and clean up were complete, and one with fresh paint on it. I should hopefully be able to wrap it up this weekend. Body panels are about all that is left. More pictures soon.... http://img.photobucket.com/albums/06...y/772d59a9.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/06...y/7ff37f56.jpg Here is a link to the buildup so far, I havent been very diligent about takin pictures. I will take a lot once its done.... http://photobucket.com/albums/0603/HULK64/Moon%20buggy/ |

I totally see it. The overall shape, front shock towers, gussets on the tubing, that little cross bar on the back side, and some other features. |

Shannon builds some crazy capable crawlers, its great to see one done to scale. Really cool build, HULK. |
How are you welding that up? Mig or something? They look like some big welds. Looks sick though; lets get some more angles :) |
Looks cool definately want to see it when its done once again it looks awsome |
Very nice, clean too. ;-) I don't believe I would have painted it. |
I got to see this truck of his yesterday in person. It is very impressive looking, completly detailed out with decals, racing seat, and a motor in the back. |
