It doesn't really screw anything up as the shock just moved up about half an inch and didn't really move side to side. I'll snap a few pics Sunday to show you what is going on with them.

Yes, there will be a cross piece in front of the windshield at the roof and the cowl panel; it will bolt in just like Shelly.

And when one of us old fogeys tells you kids never to braze naked here is why. I was not paying attention and some of the heated flux dripped off of my rod and made contact with a knee. The skin vaporized leaving the fat exposed

It moves! I just hooked up my electronics and such took it for a spin and it feels pretty good. The steering is going to be the biggest issue if this thing is going to fly but one battle at a time

666, do you have a stock Maxx slipper assembly? It presented a clearance issue with the rear cross member and while the member can be ground down it will require a different link setup.

Moves? Issues? Steering? FLY?

I have a slipper somewhere, if Jason does not require my assistance tomorrow I will get it to you.

Pics?

There is a little bit of a gap here but the motor cans (My tranny with lathes) are against the seats.

I snagged the carrier bearing from Shelly and I will use these shafts to cut yours to length.

I also snagged the transmission mount plates from Shelly since I am out of good steel. The plate on the passenger side is larger to accommodate a future mount of a servo for shifting.

If you cannot come over Tuesday don't worry. I will be working this afternoon to prep your axles, mount tires etc so you can pick it up and be ready to hit the ground running

I have one servo, that I got at Hobbytown. A Hitec 805, that should do steering for now.

I have a bunch of crap I need to do and I will be working on it hopefully tonight and tomorrow, then leaving for Moab Friday morning!!

Did I lose the hood or you have it?
