Yep. We ran out!

I had a few to finish up and got those added this evening so you should be able to order again.

Down under orders go through 110 Crawlers:
Onetencrawlers.com.au

I do not think they have any in stock at the moment, but we are making a good sized shipment to them on Monday so they should have stuff in stock very soon.

Order placed...money sent. Now the hard part...the wait! I will be looking to order 4 more lockers in the future. 2 for my rubicon and 2 for my deadbolt.

Received these spools but the Axial axles are a bit tight and need some grinding, what technique works best in grinding them?

Some guys just hammer them in and do none of the stuff I will explain below. Those Axial shafts are soft enough & will comply fairly easily. I prefer to make it a bit easier to change the shafts myself but to each his own!

So for a easier time changing shafts ... sand paper will work. Any sort of file will work. I prefer an emery board. Whatever you use you want something that is a finer grit (240+) because you are really just polishing these and not looking to remove a lot of material.

While doing the steps below I am constantly checking to see if I can get the shafts in. Once they go in just a little, I tap them in the rest of the way. Put a nut on the end of the shaft that hangs off a hair (so you don't damage the threads) and use a little hammer to convince it. Then remove them and repeat until the fit is snug but something where you can get the shafts out easily enough for the field. Take note of which one goes in which side too as things can vary.

1. Start by ensuring the end of the shaft is totally deburred and put a little chamfer on it to help guide it in:

2. Next (if necessary) I take a little off this outer portion (on both sides). You can chuck the shaft up in a cordless drill and spin it while holding pressure on it with the emery board/paper/file:

3. If that doesn't seem to solve it, you can start to take a little off off this portion just do your absolute best to keep it as level and even side to side as you can:

Thanks for the tip. It seems like its the straight axle that has a tight fit. The Axial universals went in OK. I ended up hammering the straight axle. Its not going anywhere with the beeftubes in there.

You will be very happy with these, I have bought enough in the past month to do all my SCX10 based axles. I am even going to run them in my sportsman I am currently building. They are tough and very well made.

I can confirm that, the only slop I get with them is in the front axle, and it comes entirely from the CVDs! The back axle is rock solid, absolutely no slop at all!

They were offered at checkout when I ordered and cost $0.75...I ordered them too.

I highly recommend LockedUpRC, the only wheel vendor (who obviously sells lots of other nice stuff) who replied after I used the contact part of their website, he replied later the same day and answered all my questions! I ordered through his website on 5/22/14 (from Texas) with standard shipping and they showed up in Norcal today 5/24/14!!! Everything was packaged very well, are very high quality and great guy to deal with, will buy from again!

EDIT: Here they are:
Add these great peel & stick decals to your rig to help complete the scale look!

Each pack includes:
2x logo decals (~38mm x 10mm)

1x blue windshield banner decal (~42mm x 4mm)
1x black windshield banner decal (~42mm x 4mm)
1x white windshield banner decal (~42mm x 4mm)

Man these things are a tight fit! I have a good analogy that involves my wife, but I'm sure I'd get my ass kicked if she ever read it!
