I dont want to speak for Don, but I think he just used mini-t rod ends with some allthread (2mm???) to make those links...

The front uppers are actually 3mm studs with associated ball ends as the mini t rod end kit only includes enough cups for 6 links. I'm trying to work that issue out right now. I have the links en route and the sides are being produced this week. Only thing I'm waiting on a delivery time for is the skid plates and whether or not I can get the ball cups in bulk.

Thanks guys, I've been running around all morning getting stuff ordered, including the stainless oversized/extended length rock ring socket head cap screws, but am back on videos now while I make phone calls one other products' status

It also appears those links are bent, correct? Will this be a pre-bent link or part of the assembly process? Looking forward to getting one of these and the wheel weight set eventually, but may need to be after Christmas for me.

Don,

Keep up the great work and don't stress over these. We are all going to line up either way so keep a little sanity for future projects.

Is there a waiting list for these? Put me down for one for sure. I need the chassis to go with the wheel weight kit I already bought.

Dang man, now what to do, this and moonbuggy both look killer! Guess I'll have to get another MRC so I can get both chassis!

Thanks a ton guys, and Zach, I'd love to see you set one up for sure!

Here's a link to vid #2...Indoor Challenge! Filled with side-hills, off camber climbs, and general crawling on obstacles that most of you can relate to more easily.

I swear you using CA glue on those tires to make it stick to the rocks! That thing is ridiculous.
