They're out there if you look in the right places. Unfortunately most of those places are overseas. I scored this one off Ebay from a Hong Kong vendor, it's not here yet though. Hopefully there will be no problems 1:24th scale Aoshima Range Rover Classic: I'm going to do a miniature version of my own Rover (if I can find the right wheel/tire combo...) Tires and wheels are going to be the big obstacle to overcome. I may end up going with a 1:20th or maybe 1:14th scale body if it doesn't work out. I've seen a crap load of 1:14th scale RR Sports on Ebay, they might work out to be good swap candidates: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tab%3DWatching Last edited by Big Mike; 12-04-2009 at 06:45 AM. |

| you are sadly mistaken my friend. The one in the build thread is most definitely undeniably a Range rover sport. Trust me I have been around every type of rover for the last 15 years

The Aoshima kit I got is the only LWB I've seen. I ran across a bunch of the Italieri Paris/Dakar kits though, it would be perfect to replicate your 1:1 with: Heres one on Ebay. I've seen them at Tower also: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...=STRK:MEWAX:IT | |
