What size threaded rod is that? I have some RC18t ball cups and I think they use M2 threaded rod and I cant find any.

nice job of shortening the bed, I cant wait to see it finished! I picked up an old model (1981) of a late 70's/early 80's Ford Bronco last night... now I need to get a Micro so I can start building.

Actually i didn't shorten the bed. I assume you are seeing the parting line around the gas filler cap. It came that way. I thought it looked a little odd myself.

I want to find a late 80's long bed F-150 (my 1:1 truck) and build another. Im hoping to get a 14" disc sander soon and i can build my C channel frame.:-P

You only need the ball cups. They are the correct size for your existing studs. You need 2 packs in order to make a complete set of links.

Outstanding job sir! Looks like you are headed right down the direction I want to go. Needless to say...I'm subscribed to this thread.

You mentioned planning on lowering it more. Have you picked out or found any tires yet?

Looks really good. I'm excited to see what else you have up your sleeve.

I see your cat is rather amused with it as well.

Everytime I get my crawler out and start running it, the cat follows it around.
