Found a cool trailer in my collection!

I found this in a pile of models I've had for years. The kit is an AMT/ERTL display case trailer. I just left out the display case part of it. The trailer even came with the fire extiguisher, jerry cans, tool chest and an air compressor! I have a bunch I've been meaning to build; once the RC bug hit, I kinda stopped building for awhile. Now with this micro, I can combine both hobbies. The F-150 is just a static model I built. I plan to combine another crawler with an F-150 model to build a scaler. The possibilities are unlimited with these fun little trucks!

Those aren't body mounts sticking out on the sides, are they?

Yeah, they are. I'm working on another interesting body I found. The lexan slot car drag race bodies from Parma are a perfect fit for the micro. I have one all slathered in Fasmask and I'll be painting it up tomorrow. The long body mounts are made from pieces of plastic that the model parts come attatched to. (The name escapes me right now.) I'm sure they will break, but for right now, it works O.K.
