Default Glitching Problems. Something fierce.

Alright. So I just got my micro (RTR) in a trade from another member here. It worked fine the first day out of the box, or at least I didn't notice it. So I went about doing the common mods. Moved the battery to the rear axle and the ESC, which has been removed from its case and wrapped in heat shrink, to the front axle and drilled out the holes to lower the shocks down to the lower holes.

Also, it came with BWD wheels weights on it.

Now comes the fun part. I come home from work today and am ready to play with it. So I place it on the ground and start to drive it outside my room. All of a sudden the steering just starts flipping from left to right all on its own.

Hmmm.

So I drive it a bit and it starts doing it again. Just going crazy.

I'd post pics, but my camera is broke and I am in Iraq right now. Otherwise, I would so post some pics, I may even post a video in a few days.

My question is this. Has anyone else had glitching issues like this? I checked all the connections and everything looks good, even the solder joints. Could I seriously have glitching issues with the stock radio system? I don't think so, as its digital and all, but I am at a loss.

So anyone got any ideas on anything I can check right away. Otherwise my next move is to contact Horizon Hobbies and hope for the best.

You may not have time if you are in Iraq, but try the advanced search feature. There are several threads on this subject. The following is just one example:
Is my servo messed up?

I centered my servo arm by hand and it worked fine. Kind of tricky to do, but free. The above link will explain more. I think it is a good idea to upgrade the servo at your convenience. Also, thank you for your service to the United States of America.

I did search. Just not the right keywords. I searched for "glitch" and "glitching" though. I usually have really bad luck searching here. I just never seem to know the magic words.

Yeah, I've had search issues to but I gotta say it works better than a lot of sites I frequent. Most of the time I do a "title only" search with the advanced search and it works pretty good except a lot of times people have titles to their threads that leave a lot to be desired. as far as the "entire subject" search, I gave up on that a long time ago.

Not saying you have to buy a new servo, but as others have said, life is good behind the wheel of the HS-65MG. It's called "the mighty feather" and they ain't bullchittin' Also, if you ever buy one of those PM me, I got a few tips to ensure that goes in as smooth as possible.

Edit: I'll just make another thread incase there are others that find the HS-65MG tips useful.
