Sorry guys I have been busy, but here is a quick picture of it all tore down with the Chassis Rails and leaf springs and the existing Micro Crawler parts used with the kit, I will get building it over the next few days and get more pics posted. Some of the kit parts pictured are still the prototype parts but the production parts will be very similar.

Looks great, I won't be buying it as I enjoyed building mine from "scratch" but it does look very good, I'll let my friend know about this! I do like how it includes plastic/derlin leaf springs though!

sweet they mount where i was thinking would be a good spot to save turning radius.

nice job on the leafs! for sure, very clean/simple and i like how you got rid of any shackles, with the design of the leafs.

In the image below I have the parts needed to attach the Leaf springs to the Chassis rail
-4 Spacers (the productions model spacers will be slightly different)
-4 M2 8mm bolts
-2 Leaf Springs

In this photo you see the order in which the springs mount to the chassis rail

I will hopefully get time to add more pics and info tonight if not tomorrow for sure.

Got the Leaf springs mounted to the Chassis Sides and it is critical that they are mounted as shown in these photos do to the rotation angle on the axles also do not over tighten the bolts holding the springs on they need to rotate freely.

Very, very cool! Looks really good Blade, looking foward to building mine up!
Does the round spacers go in between the leaf and the chassis? Also (it may be a no brain'r once I have the leaf and axle in hand) but where does the leaf mount to the axle? Just curious without having it all in front of me!
Next we need universial body mounts!lol
Keep up the great work my friend!

Yep the spacer goes in between the Spring and the chassis side, I will post more pics soon so you can see how the axles mount.
For mounting the body it will have to be figured out by each person sorry just alot of body options. But If I come up with something universal I will definetly let everyone know.

Thanks
Blade

Mounting the Chassis Rail and springs to the axles

First I removed the rims and tires from the axles, it makes it easier to mount the springs and Chassis Rails to the axles.

This is how they mount using 4 of the Stock 1.6mm screws that are form your original parts on your Micro crawler

Both sides of the front axle mounted

Both front and rear axles mounted to the springs and chassis rails

This is all I will be able to get posted today, I hope to get more pics done for tomorrow

Thanks
Blade
