In the vid, it looks like it didn't flex as well as the Raptor in DB's vids. Could just be his setup is tuned with wheel weights etc. I do like the idea of a longer wheelbase for sure but I think I still want the Raptor; that chassis just seems to work very well.

Well no worries the Raptor isn't Going anywhere because it does perform very well.

I have a newer version of the Eclipse waiting to be cut, tweaked a couple things but all it all it's the same geometry as the Raptor just longer and a bit more realistic looking. Which is why the plates will be interchangeable.

Have you tried to use the mini lo q tires for your micro? it would match that 1/10 scale one pretty darn good they are alot bigger than the stock losi tires and fit on the rims awesome. only need to space them out a little bit to clear the upper link at full fex and turn.

Can you post a link or at least a pic of those tires. What are they off of again I'd like to take a look at them.

I'm running them (MQ-lo's) on my raptor ... just had to do some creative massaging of the front upper links to get full steering back.

Alright, well I'm nearly done, the chassis is complete, but the lower links need some work.

I really love the added wheelbase and I'm a big Buggy fan, so I'm really diggin the new setup, again just need to fix the lower links.

I should have this thing in the shop no later than tomorrow afternoon.
